This helped get SkyFex working in Chrome, but the plug in crashes if I click the mouse. Then I have to F5 and refresh to reconnect. Even just trying to go to full screen, when I click, the plugin crashes. Consistently, every time. Does not matter what or who I am connected to (always as the expert).

Hi,
I have install the Free SkyFex to test before I purchase. Also register SkyFex account.
My problem is after the installation, I am able to access the from Web account and see my remote computer ON line. Able to remote desktop. But once the remote computer restarted, it always go Off Line, and I am uable to access the remote computer again. Do I need to run and install Syfexua everytimeafter reboot, or is it because I am using Free. Please advice

Sweet! I didn't even think of running the browser with administrative rights, whenever I ran into a vista machine I would simply show the users where to click. Better than explaining on the phone, but not nearly as efficient as me doing the task myself..

Hi Niall,

With branding, you will be able to replace the links from the SkyFex menu (Home and Help) with your own ones. Also, we will introduce the feature which will enable you to integrate SkyFex into your web site. SkyFex URL (skyfex.com) will still show in the address bar, but your Clients won't accidentally go to SkyFex site.

If you would to remove skyfex.com from the URL, please contact us at support@skyfex.com, so that we could discuss more advanced branding.

Best regards,
SkyFex Team.

I have been looking for a solution for my company and like the direction SkyFex is going, but the non-branding option is a major downside. I do want to purchase the pro version, but without branding I would have to think about it. Although I would still advertise on our site that SkyFex is used for the support software, I would like to see an option that allows our own domain to be used for the invite or some kind of link from our site to SkyFex. Have not seen that option on SkyFex site.

I think being able to brand the service and have the logins / links directly on my own website is a fantastic idea.

Having those features would deffinatly make me upgrade to Pro.!
